So after all the fuss and trouble of trying to sell the tickets.  I was able to take Lauren to the Sigur Ros concert on Thursday.  Her final was over in time.  It was an great show.  The lighting and effects were amazing.  They did this thing with casting individual shadows onto the projection screen.  It was crazy.

Yesterday I went to East Detroit to see their spring play.  I enjoyed it.  Lauren’s sister was in it and had two duets.  I saw a few former teachers, including the one who has forever implanted the melody of the UofM fight song into my head while reciting the quadriatic formula.

Afterwords we went to see Araz for his 21st birthday down at Bookies Tavern.  He was quite drunk and just when you thought he was done, they made him do an Irish Car Bomb.  Then several more shots.  He didn’t know which way was up.  Adam joined us at Linda’s with Tommy and Kat for some 2AM breakfast.

Who just got a 3.51 GPA this semester?  This guy.

Who just made dean’s list two semesters in a row?  This guy.

Who starts class in 6 hours and hasn’t bought the book yet?  This guy.

Who keeps answering questions with ‘this guy’?  This guy.

Off to go see Lisa get her Mr. T.

The city council has voted to ban the use of a cell phone while driving…sort of. Actually then banned the use of a cell phone without a hands-free device. Hizzoner has a week to approve the ban. If and when approved, violators will be fined $100.

Alright, things are looking up.

• My last final was last night.  Celebrated with the class by going to Fishbones.
• Codename: “Heaven” is close to public release.
• Operation: GROBAB is underway starting today.
• I saved $5 and cracked a widget to get rid of the donation popup.
• I also reworked some things on another widget.
• I should think of a widget to write.
