Take Me Out to the Ball Game
Okay. Had a fun filled past few days. Wednesday was class as usual until 7. Afterwards; Lauren, Shaun Lee and I headed up to Tailgater’s to see Shaun M. Played some megatouch, then headed over to Linda’s for some late night dinner. We ended up staying at Linda’s, talking until 4:30 in the morning.
Shaun was given tickets to Thursday’s Tiger game and invited Lauren and me. After a few hours of sleep, we headed off to Comerica Park. I had a lovely breakfast consisting of Ball Park Franks and beer. It was a great game, even with our two errors, we managed to win 7-3. Six of those runs were all in one inning. The seats were about 15 rows from the Tiger’s dugout; very cool. We hit a bar afterwards with the coolest old man as the owner. He was really fun and ended up giving us a round on the house.
Once Lauren and I got back to her house, we ended up sleeping until 11. We didn’t mean to and felt horrible for sleeping through half of the day, but we ended up staying up late watching Adult Swim and eating Taco Bell.
I just made my pledge to WDET and found out that besides my normal premium, I’m getting a half-pound of a custom blend made by Coffee Express.
Alright. Off to the last of my classes, then work.
